Presentation and Discussion of Strategic Plan (2018-2022) Quarter 4 2017 Report

Summary Report:
Staff is planning a formal quarterly report for the Strategic Plan (2018-2022) implementation. The first quarterly report is being drafted by staff and will be delivered as a supplementary memo in advance of the meeting.
Staff is currently updating Action Plan information within the new Clearpoint management software that will be hosting information related to the strategic plan. The Quarter 4 2017 report will include information related to the software as well as status updates on the action plan. The next quarterly report for Q1 2018 is scheduled for the April 10th work session and will include a detailed action plan update with reports generated within the new system.
The attachments in this agenda item also include a draft of the Northfield Economic Development proposed work plan scheduled for consideration of approval at their February 22nd meeting is also attached. This information will be presented at the meeting. There is a number of areas of alignment with the City Strategic Priority of Economic Development.
