The Planning Commission hears a presentation on the Climate Action Plan.
Summary Report:
One of the Strategic Priorities of the Northfield Strategic Plan is to address Climate Change impacts on the community. One of the desired outcomes is to create a clear vision for climate action for the City and the community via a Climate Action Plan. While the City Planner is on the staff team for the project, the project lead is Justin Wagner as staff liaison to the Environmental Quality Commission (EQC). The EQC will oversee the soon to be created Climate Action Planning Advisory Board (CAPAB). EQC members will be giving a presentation on the upcoming planning process.
