Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) Election of Officers and Review of By-Laws.

SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED:
The HRA Board is requested to review HRA By-Laws and elect 2018 Board Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary accordingly.
BACKGROUND:
Per the HRA By-Laws the HRA Board should elect a Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary each year.
Board Officers for 2017: Chair-Dayna Norvold; Vice-Chair-Kris Vohs; Secretary-Jayne Hager Dee.
The HRA Board should also review the By-Laws included in the report. Minnesota Statutes 469.01 through 469.047 defines the authority of the HRA Board and is also included in the packet.
