Welcome new HRA Board Member Brent Nystrom.
BACKGROUND:
New HRA Board Member, Brent Nystrom, is passionate about affordable housing and has served on the Rice County Habitat for Humanity Board for the past three years. He is active at St John’s Lutheran Church where he served a 2-year term as the congregation president. Brent still participates as a youth mentor, is one the nominating committee, and serves as a campaign solicitor at St John’s. Brent currently works at Rebound Enterprises where he takes on many community-minded projects. Brent previously worked at Carleton College, where his duties included management of many volunteer boards. Nystrom’s appointment to the HRA Board was approved by the City Council on January 2, 2018.
