Consideration of moving date of HPC meetings

SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED:
Staff is requesting the commissioners consider moving the regular meeting of the Heritage Preservation Commission to the first Thursday of the month at 4:30 in the Council Chambers. Currently, the City Planner is the staff liaison to both the HPC and the Planning Commission. Both boards meet on the same day and staff feels both boards could be better served by staff with the two week separation. This idea was discussed at the December meeting and input of all commission members is invited.
