Action Requested:
The Northfield City Council approves Extension of and Second Amendment to Northfield Community Resource Center Management Services (NCRC) Agreement.
Summary Report:
Attached is the current NCRC Agreement with the City of Northfield and the NCRC Corporation members. The existing agreement that was extended for one year in December of 2016 is scheduled to expire at the end of the year.
The current financial analysis of the NCRC building - being completed by AEM Financial Solutions - is ongoing and expected to be completed and presented in the first quarter of 2018. In the meantime, staff and the NCRC members are supportive to continue the agreement through 2018. The intention is that this agreement and others will be reviewed more comprehensively in 2018.
