Attached is the updated cost estimate, draft lease and joint powers board amendment. Additionally, there have been some changes to the site plan from past Council approval including a change in the access drive off Highway 3 and the staff recommended removal of the communications tower.  Attached is a PowerPoint that City Administrator Martig will present with some updates at the meeting in detail.

City Administrator Martig would like an opportunity to give some background of changes that are being proposed as well as an update on the project cost and plans.  There is no action requested at this meeting.
