SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED:
The HPC is requested to hold a discussion on the location and nature of the December commission meeting.
BACKGROUND:
Due to AV/IT upgrades to the City Council chambers, the chambers will not be available for the HPC meeting in December. After discussion with the chair, staff has reserved the River Room at the Archer House for the December 21st meeting. The idea is to advertise the meeting location and hold the regular meeting at the 4:30 time. We can then dissolve into a small holiday celebration. Ideas and suggestions are welcome.
