Staff recommends a motion Approving Strategic Plan (2018-2020) Report.
Summary Report:
Attached is the Strategic Plan Report (2018-2020) that was prepared by consultant Craig Rapp. The report includes a background of the process, strategic plan description, vision statement and mission statement.
Staff has continued to work on the development of the proposed action plans for implementation. Additionally, City Administrator Martig is exploring software tool options to assist on the organization, tracking and reporting of the strategic plan to allow for more effective implementation.
The detailed action plans and information on implementation will be presented at the October 3rd Council meeting for Council authorization to proceed.
