Consider Renaming of Meadows Park

Action Requested:
The Northfield Park and Recreation Advisory Board considers a motion to approve three names for the naming of Meadows Park and identifies the preferred name.
Summary Report:
Staff has received naming options through an online poll on the City website and ballot boxes at the Senior Center and the Library. Attached is the list of possible names that were submitted by residents, community leaders and businesses. Staff is requesting that PRAB identify their top three names for the park, along with their preferred name that should be considered by Council.
Alternative Options:
PRAB could recommend that the name remain the same and staff will provide that recommended name to Council.
