Summary Report:
The EDA will begin the strategic planning process immediately following the completion of the regular agenda items for the August EDA meeting. It is anticipated that the regular agenda items will take approximately 30-minutes.
Attached are two separate agendas with additional information on the two-day EDA Strategic Planning process. Craig Rapp will facilitate the process on both days. Also attached are a graphic summary of the recent business survey and a booklet of demographic and statistical information related to local economic development. Staff will also provide a status report on the EDA work plan for 2015-2017.
