Staff is not seeking any formal action from the Environmental Quality Commission but is just seeking input as to what their preference would be for a new contract that will begin April 1, 2019. If a RFP is preferred, the Environmental Quality Commission can provide staff guidance for any additional items that they would request to be in the RFP.
