Update on Northfield Area Fire & Rescue Project.

Summary Report:
Planning continues on the design of the Northfield Area Fire & Rescue Services (NAFRS) fire station expansion project. City Administrator Martig will be providing a presentation updating the Council as it relates specifically to exterior building elevation and materials as well as the site plan. Additionally, City staff have been working on options for gateway enhancements that would be potential optional adds for the Council to consider.
Additional presentation slides are being prepared to illustrate conformance with guiding documents of the City and more visual illustrations of options for gateway enhancements that could be considered.
