Summary Report:
The Northfield City Council has approved the first and second readings of Ordinance No. 991. City Charter Section 4.10 permits summary publication of ordinances.
Alternative Options:
The City Council could direct staff to publish the entire ordinance.
Financial Impacts:
The cost to publish the entire ordinance would be higher than the cost to publish the summary.
Tentative Timelines:
If approved, the summary is proposed to be published on Wednesday, August 16. The ordinance would be effective on September 16, 2017.
