Non-Requested - Discussion of Ameresco Audit Findings
Summary Report:
Ameresco conducted a preliminary energy audit at City of Northfield facilities. A representative from Ameresco will be at the meeting to present and discuss the findings of their report.
After the presentation is received, staff would request that EQC think about the direction they may wish to go on this related to these improvements. Staff will bring this back for additional discussion or action in June. For example, should we work with this Company, or should we move toward and qualification based request to solicit additional companies that also perform these type of services.
Alternative Options:
Choose not to support or fund the Ameresco program.
Financial Impacts:
The financial impact will depend on a negotiated and signed contract based on the scope of the project.
Tentative Timelines:
