SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED:
Discuss the option of cancelling the regular July Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) Board Meeting.
BACKGROUND:
HRA Board President has asked for discussion regarding the possible cancellation of the July 13, 2017 regular meeting of the HRA Board. At least one board member will not be available to meet on that date.
ANALYSIS:
The HRA Board is scheduled to begin the budget finalization process at this meeting.
OPTIONS:
The HRA could meet on another date in July to receive budget information and conclude any other business which may arise.
RECOMMENDATION:
The staff recommends the HRA Board keep the currently scheduled meeting date if a quorum is available or consider holding a special meeting on another date in July as warranted.
