The Northfield City Council approves the following board/commission appointments
• David Koenig appointed to the Hospital Board to fill a vacancy for a two-year term ending December 31, 2018
Summary Report:
The City Council is being asked to approve the appointment as noted above. I am recommending the following individual be appointed to serve the City as this time: David Koenig.Mr. Koenig has a thirty plus year career in financial markets as an officer and senior executive focused on enterprise-wide risk management and corporate governance. He is the Founding Principal of The Governance Fund a company focused on identifying best practices in corporate governance of publicly traded companies. He has also served on the boards of the Northfield EDA, Northfield United Way and Northfield City Council.
