Recognition of service for Hayes Scriven

SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED:
The HPC is requested to pass a motion recognizing the contributions of Northfield Historical Society director Hayes Scriven.
BACKGROUND:
Since 2005, Hayes has lead NHS through many changes, including the addition of an elevator and 6 ADA restrooms, the upgrading of collections storage rooms, and the revamping of many of NHS programs. NHS has been instrumental in archiving historical data and artifacts for the City and the HPC. Hayes and his team have been wonderful partners with the HPC.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff is recommending a motion to approve presenting Mr. Scriven with a certificate of appreciation from the HPC.
