Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA)-Election of Officers

SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED:
The HRA is requested to hold an election for the office of Vice-Chair for the HRA Board of Directors.
BACKGROUND:
Article II of the HRA by-law states: “Section 1. Officers. The officers of the Authority shall be a Chair, Vice-Chair, and a Secretary. All officers shall be members of the Board and shall be elected annually.”
At the January 12, 2017 meeting, the HRA Board voted to re-elect Dana Norvold as chair and Jayne Hager Dee as Secretary for 2017. As per Article II of the HRA by-laws, the HRA Board of Directors must also elect a vice-chair for 2017.
