Action Requested:
The Northfield City Council approves Northfield Community Resource Center Management Services (NCRC) Agreement Extension.
Summary Report:
Attached is the current NCRC Agreement with the City of Northfield and the NCRC Corporation members. The existing agreement is scheduled to expire at the end of the year. I have met with the members of the organization and there is unanimous agreement to consider extending the agreement for one year to allow time to evaluate a number of issues in the agreement in preparation of a new agreement or other alternative.
City Administrator Martig intends to review this with the Mayor and City Council in early 2017 to discuss an approach to reviewing the document and alternatives.
There was one item added in the extension which was clarification to guarantee the City access to a meeting room for election purposes.

None recommended.
Financial Impacts:
No changes from the current contract.
Tentative Timelines:
Review of the new contract will commence in early 2017. The new contract would expire at the end of 2017.
