Northfield Building Official Jim Kessler will provide an overview of the attached PowerPoint presentation regarding blight and nuisance conditions at 908 College Street South. Following the presentation, the City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider the blight and nuisance conditions present on the property.
Following a motion to close the public hearing, the Council will be asked to consider an Order of Abatement. Additional details can be found in the following item to Consider Resolution Regarding Order to Abate Nuisance at 908 College Street South.
