Summary Report:
This item is an informational update regarding a minor amendment to an existing Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for Waterford Oil. Per Land Development Code (LDC) requirements 8.5.9 for Conditional Use Permits, the Planning Commission is being informed of a Minor Amendment issued by staff for Waterford Oil at 1500 Riverview Drive.
The proposal to add two additional storage tanks to the property was reviewed through a Type 1 City Planner Review process. The applicant was required to submit a site plan and all applicable safety information proving there was no impact to the neighborhood or threat to public safety. The approval letter and site plan are attached to this memo.
