Title
Review Levy Driven 2017 Budgets and Related Amendments.

Action Requested:
The Northfield City Council will review potential budget amendments and provide input on support.
Summary Report:
The Council passed the preliminary Levy and Budget on September 20, 2016. A 2% levy was approved, which was less than the preliminary budget. As a result of the reduced levy, there is currently $81,003 in expenditures over revenues in our levy related fund. These funds include the General Fund, NCRC, Vehicle Replacement and Equipment Fund, Park Fund and City Facilities.
Attached is a list of the last Capital Equipment Plan (CEP) and Capital Improvement Plan that had been presented for reference in adjustments.
Staff is developing a list of amendments from the last detail report to present for consideration. More details will be forthcoming in a supplemental memo.
Alternative Options:
Staff welcomes suggestions for reviewing alternatives other than those presented.
