The Environmental Quality Commission has requested to hear from the former Mayor’s Energy Task Force, who now call themselves the Northfield Energy Friends.
The Northfield Energy Friends have agreed to present information at this month’s Environmental Quality Commission meeting and have sent this dialog:
On behalf of the Northfield Energy Friends, I'm following up on prior discussions regarding our desire to take action on implementing and updating the 2008 Northfield Mayor's Energy Task Force report. Since the report's recommendations are so broad and numerous, we suggest selecting a few each "quick start" tasks that could be undertaken to gain support and build momentum for taking on additional, more complex actions in the future.
Please accept the attached letter as a request to discuss this proposal with the Environmental Quality Commission at their next scheduled meeting.
