The Northfield City Council approves the attached Resolution - Approving Fire Station Expansion and Remodel Plans and Specifications and Authorizing Bids.
Summary Report:
Plans and specifications have been finalized in conformance with past guidelines approved by the City Council. The full construction documents will be available in the City Council chambers for reference and viewing.
City Administrator Martig and Architect Dave Medin will be presenting a summary of the plans and specifications at the meeting as well as going over the bid schedule and process as outlined in the attached timeline.
