Administrator Martig will provide the City Council with an update on progress on initiatives from the strategic plan from July - December 2020.

• The Strategic Plan (2018-2020) Report is being prepared for presentation to the City Council on February 16, 2021.
• A new strategic plan is planned in 2021 to be conducted from January through May. More information will be forthcoming on the process and information on the strategic planning.
