• Meeting on September 20th, 2022
o Discussion & planning for DEI training
§ Mandatory for city staff
§ Hispanic Heritage Celebration
• Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 11am-6pm
§ Updating the HRC webpage on the City website
§ Reached out to the Department of Human Rights
• Invitation to speak (Know your rights) at our October HRC meeting
• The City of Northfield continues with efforts to be as accessible and equitable as possible by:
o Community Outreach
§ Localist (community events calendar)
• Available for everyone in the Northfield Community and surrounding areas
• Next Training Session
