                     Summary of Staff Review of Planning & Zoning Applications:

o                     Site Plan Reviews In-Progress:

§                     Mayo Oncology parking lot update - 1821 North Ave.

§                     City of Northfield Transit Hub - 203 2nd St. W.

o                     Site Plan Reviews Completed:

§                     Gong Loco exterior building materials, parking lot and landscaping update - 1910 Honeylocust Dr.

o                     Zoning Certificates In-Progress:

§                     Several other applications in relation to fences, new uses, etc.

§                     New residential garage and addition

o                     Zoning Certificates Completed:

§                     Three single family homes

§                     One detached garage

§                     Several new decks and porches, and zoning letters

§                     Cedar Meadows Preliminary Plat - developer working to update the plat

§                     Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) - City Council officially ordered the AUAR, draft is being written

o                     Signs, zoning letters, accessory uses and data requests remain steady.

                     The first phase of parking study for downtown Northfield, completed by CHS Consulting Group, has been completed. The study reviewed existing conditions and analyzed shared parking for downtown. A memo of key takeaways from the Phase I Report is included and the study itself.

                     Comprehensive Plan Update - standing item, staff will report on the most recent progress.
