The Northfield City Council approves FiftyNorth and Age Friendly Northfield Steering Committee Related to Age Friendly Northfield (AFN) initiatives.
Summary Report:
Please see attached service contract with FiftyNorth (acting as a fiscal agent) and Age Friendly Northfield Steering Committee to implement Age Friendly Northfield (AFN) initiatives.
Exhibit 1 of the agreement (starting on page 14) outlines the services and projects to be completed. The full Age Friendly Action plan report is attached as a reference should you be more interested in the additional information.
This request was presented as a budget request in 2022 and supported by the City Council.

Financial Impacts:
The cost of services is $25,000. This is included in the Mayor and Council’s 2023 budget.
