Action Requested:
The Northfield City Council receives an update on implementation of the Racial Equity Action Plan.
Summary Report:
The Northfield City Council adopted a Racial Equity Action Plan on July 21, 2020. The City Council also recently adopted the 2021-2024 Strategic Plan in which Diversity, Equity and Inclusion remains a priority area. Staff will provide an update of progress on action from the Racial Equity Action Plan for City Council. A copy of the plan is attached.

Some funding requests in the 2022 budget relate to action items in this plan.
