Action Requested:
The Northfield City Council will receive a report on the Northfield Hospital & Clinics 2020 financial results.
Summary Report:
Rob Schile, Clifton Larson Allen, will present the 2020 Northfield Hospital & Clinics (NH+C) financial results. A copy of the presentation and audit is attached. NH+C’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Steve Underdahl and NH+C’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Scott Edin will also be present at the meeting related to the presentation.
The audit is required within Section 14.6 of the City Charter as follows:
Section 14.6. - Reports.
The board shall submit to the city council the annual audit of the city hospital and other reports as requested by the city council.
