Consider the Draft Riverfront Enhancement Action Plan

Action Requested:
The DRAFT Riverfront Enhancement Action Plan is now available for review and comment. This Plan was initiated by the City Council in November 2018, and has been supported through a technical assistance grant from the National Park Service, by a MN based consultant team and an advisory committee of local representatives.
The Riverfront Enhancement Action Plan Advisory Committee met on September 9, 2020 to consider the DRAFT documents. Though there are some corrections to be made, the DRAFT is being released for review and comment, in the interest of time.
While we expect there will be corrections and additional details to insert, substantive comments on the overall vision, themes and opportunities are of specific interest. All individuals and interested parties are encouraged to submit comments.

Boards and Committees that wish to provide comments are encouraged to submit a single memo that is endorsed by that body. Individual comments from members are also welcomed.
We are targeting mid-October for all comments to be submitted so they can be considered when making final edits to the Draft Action Plan documents.
