The City Council approves Resolution Supporting Legislation Authorizing Infrastructure Development Fees.
Summary Report:
Please see attached fact sheet for the Legislative Priority by the League of Minnesota Cities. If approved by the legislature, this could be a tool the City of Northfield may consider implementing as policy for development purposes.
This was discussed at the February 11th worksession.
