Approve the 2020 Planning Commission Meeting Schedule

SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED:
The Planning Commission (PC) is requested to approve the attached meeting schedule for 2020. If commissioners have known conflicts with the proposed dates, this is the appropriate time to make changes to the schedule to ensure a quorum for meetings.
A column for submission deadlines were added to this meeting schedule. This is a way to notify applicants needing PC approval of when documents need to be submitted to city staff. The submittal dates allow for proper notice to the newspaper and mailing of notices if they are needed based on the review process.
