Action Requested:
The Planning Commission is asked to hear a presentation from the Community Action Center (CAC) on site plan design considerations for the Hillcrest Motel site at 1050 Highway 3 North.
Summary Report:
Staff met with the CAC to review preliminary designs for the Hillcrest Motel site. By request of a commissioner and the CAC, staff has brought this review forward to the commissioner. The intent of this presentation is for the commissioners to receive the information and give comment on the site designs, if they wish, to the CAC and staff. No formal motions or recommendations can be made since this is not a part of a formal application reviewed by the planning commission.

Several options will be presented.
Financial Impacts:
Several design factors could financially affect the scope of the project. The CAC can speak more on these impacts.
