Action Requested:
The Northfield Park and Recreation Advisory Board discusses the amenities offered at Hidden Valley, Heritage, Dresden Hills, John North, G.A. Rysgaard, Prairie Hills, Liberty, Hauberg Woods, Aspen and Roosevelt Ridge parks.
Summary Report:
This discussion will help prioritize future Capital Improvements needed at Northfield city parks. The Park Board will discuss all parks over the next couple of months. Staff will provide input on condition of the park amenities and share what the future considerations were in the 2008 Parks, Open Space, and Trail System Plan.
This information along with input from PRAB will help in development of the 5-10 year park CIP.
Tentative Timelines:
Have a draft CIP developed by March 2020.
