Review and Submission of the Statewide Historic Preservation Plan - Meeting in a Box Exercise

SUMMARY:
The State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) sent a letter asking the Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC) to devote part or all of a meeting to host a Meeting in a Box to gather information that will inform the Preservation Plan. The worksheet is used to generate conversation and solicit feedback on the Preservation Plan for Minnesota.
At the December 5, 2019 meeting, the HPC choose to review the materials before their January meeting in order to come prepared to submit their worksheets.
Commissioner Gilblom is unable to attend the January 8, 2020 meeting and has sent her comments in as an attachment.
Worksheet results are required to be mailed back to State Historic Preservation Office by February 15, 2020.
