Summary Report:

The Northfield City Council will be undertaking a Strategic Planning process that will layout strategies for the next two to four years.  As part of the process, there will be an opportunity on April 6th for Boards and Commissions to provide input on what the plan should look like.  A formal invite will be sent to each Board member.

The City has hired Rapp Consulting to facilitate and prepare the plan.  City staff would like the Park and Recreation Advisory Board to begin thinking what are the important strategies for parks and recreation should be considered as part of the strategic plan.
