The Northfield City Council consider approval of the attached resolution.
Summary Report:
This resolution approves the tentative new Labor Agreement between City of Northfield and Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. (Sergeants Unit) for 2017 and 2018 and a Memorandum of Understanding.
Timelines:
If approved, wage adjustments, including back pay to January 1, 2017, will be paid through a March 2017 payroll.
