The Northfield City Council will be undertaking taking a Strategic Planning process that will layout strategies for the next two to four years. As part of the process, there will be opportunity for the public, along with Boards and Commission to provide input on what the plan should look like.
The City has hired Rapp Consulting to facilitate and prepare the plan. City staff would like the EQC to begin thinking on what topics they feel should be incorporated into the plan.
