Summary Report:
1. The Interim Community Development Director is Teresa Jensen.
2. The Economic Development Authority (EDA) approved four façade improvement grants.
3. The EDA approved a three-year pilot of the Riverfront Enhancement Grant program. Applications are open until May 15 and can be found at <https://ci.northfield.mn.us/753/EDA-Grants-Loans>.
4. The Bridge Square concept plan was submitted to the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) for review.
5. Staff are working on the Mural Policy. Staff recommend prohibiting murals on all buildings within the historic district at this time.
