TITLE
Consideration of New Liquor License for The Hideaway 2.0 LLC DBA The Hideaway at 421 Division Street South.

BODY
Action Requested:
The Northfield City Council approves a motion to approve the new On-Sale Wine/3.2 liquor license for The Hideaway 2.0 LLC DBA The Hideaway, subject to the following conditions:
1. Liquor licenses will be issued upon receipt of:

* Review of premises layout
* Review of liquor law violations for the previous five years
* Review of insurance certificates
* Review of delinquent utilities, taxes, assessments or other financial claims

If this license is approved, the City of Northfield will continue to have 4 On-Sale Wine/3.2 liquor licenses issued. There are no statutory limits on the number of these licenses a city can issue.
