Summary Report:
A presentation is attached that includes a review of the City’s current levy and tax rates, including comparisons and trends. Options are also presented for the 5.7% preliminary levy increase and adjustments required to get to an alternate 3.7% levy increase. In addition, options not included in the preliminary levy calculation will be discussed for prioritization in order to determine the final levy that will be recommended in November.
Additional information on budget and CARES Act Funding will be coming as a supplemental memo.
