Action Requested:                     

The Planning Commission has been asked to not conduct a public hearing at this time because the applicant, Baja3, LLC has withdrawn their application to annex PID 0432375001.

 

Summary Report:

Baja3, LLC initially applied to annex PID 0432375001, but has since withdrawn their application. The public hearing notice was sent to and published by the Northfield News on July 30, 2025, but the mailing was not sent.

 

If someone from the public wishes to speak, they can use the open public comment period of the meeting to give comment on the annexation and staff will record the comments as part of the application.
