Commissioner Valdecantos will update the HRC on the recently completed EDA report about Minority Owned Businesses.
Summary Report:
The City of Northfield’s Economic Development Authority (EDA) commissioned a study by
Strong & Starlike Consulting to provide a report that explores the business environment for minority-owned businesses. The report provides recommendations for the EDA to consider in the coming year. The EDA Socio-Economic Committee meets to discuss short and long-term goals for the EDA’s efforts around minority, women and veteran-owned businesses.
