Summary Report:

Staff will present the 2025-2026 Budget and Enterprise Funds/Utility Rates Review.  The intent is to finalize the review of the Enterprise Funds and proposed Utility Rate increases at this meeting, with formal adoption of 2025 Utility Rates at the September 17th Council Meeting.
