- Lighting text amendments second reading and summary publication at City Council on September 3, 2024.
- Parking text amendments on City Council agenda for first reading on September 3, 2024.
- The Northfield City Council gave staff direction to pursue the sale of the Northfield Ice Arena. Subsequently, the City has applied for a zoning map amendment to change the zoning from PI-S: Public Institutional to C2-B: Highway Commercial and applied for a Minor Subdivision/Lot Consolidation to adjust property lines to execute the sale. The zoning map amendment is anticipated for the October PC meeting and the Minor Subdivision/Lot Consolidation is approved by City Council and planned for their Sept. 17th meeting.
