Staff Updates.

Staff Updates:
* The Maple Place final plat is on Council's April 19th consent agenda.
* The final plat application has been received for Kraewood. The final plat and development agreement are scheduled to be on Council's April 19th regular agenda.
* Several site plan review applications continue to be processed by staff.
* Staff anticipates a rezoning application in the next few months.
* Staff has been in discussion with several developers on prospective residential, commercial and industrial projects.
* The application to locally designate 418 College St. - Norton House is in the review process. The application has been shared with the MN State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), who has recommended local designation. Staff presented to the Heritage Preservation Commission, who gave a recommendation to Council to locally designate the home as well. PC will review and make a recommendation on April 21st. City Council will hold a public hearing and have the first & second readings of the ordinance in May.
* Construction is planned to begin for Spring Creek Townhomes 2nd Addition and Bluff View this Spring/Summer. Staff is working to finalize funding assistance with Three Rivers Community Action for the Spring Creek Townhomes 2nd Addition project.
* Teresa Jensen has been hired as the Interim Community Development Director.
* The application window for the Community Development Director closed April 11th.
