Discuss 2025 Schedule for ACC meetings.

Motion to approve 2025 schedule.
Summary Report:
The Library Board has shifted to a new bi-monthly schedule, alternating regular meetings of the full board on odd months with subcommittee meetings on even months, as needed. If there is no need for a subcommittee, the board does not meet on the even month. This has worked very well and staff are proposing the ACC consider adopting a similar schedule.
The ACC may wish to consider a similar schedule because it will allow more members to rotate through subcommittees, including public art review committees (PARCs), without adding extra meetings to already busy schedules. This would also allow staff to confine subcommittees, including PARCs, to a predetermined time and place and save time coordinating additional meetings. A benefit to this revised schedule is that it allows more collaborative work in smaller groups, and more opportunities for our youth members to engage in subcommittee work. The subcommittee meetings would not be noticed as there would not be a quorum present. Collaborative work would be done during the meetings, but no action would be taken until the following full ACC meeting.
If the ACC would like to pursue this option, we would need to discuss if we prefer to have full ACC meetings on even or odd months, and in the first meeting of 2025 we would approve a workplan that follows the revised schedule.
The proposed schedule options are:
2nd Monday in January: full ACC meeting
2nd Monday in February: subcommittee if needed
2nd Monday in March: full ACC meeting
2nd Monday in April: subcommittee if needed
2nd Monday in May: full ACC meeting
2nd Monday in June: subcommittee if needed
2nd Monday in July: full ACC meeting
