The Charter Commission will review and approve the draft 2026 Annual Report.
Summary Report:
I have compiled this report as required by Minn. Stat. § 410.05, subdivision 2, which states: “The commission shall submit to the chief judge of the district court, on or before December 31 of each year, an annual report outlining its activities and accomplishments for the preceding calendar year.”
Attached is the draft 2026 Annual Report. Once the Commission approves the report, I will submit it to the Chief Judge as required by statute.
